30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means that you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it:
- unopened,
- unused,
- undamaged,
- and in its original packaging.
For hygiene reasons and to ensure food safety, opened or unsealed products cannot be accepted for return.
You will also need to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with:
- a return shipping label,
- detailed return instructions,
- and information regarding how and where the package should be sent.
Items returned without a prior return request or without prior authorization may unfortunately be refused.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery.
If you receive an item that is:
- damaged,
- defective,
- incorrect,
- or otherwise problematic,
please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
Exceptions to Returns
Due to hygiene requirements and food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed products.
Returns are accepted only if the products remain in their original and undamaged packaging.
As our products are classified as food products and confectionery items, specific hygiene and safety regulations apply.
Therefore:
- perishable goods are excluded from returns;
- opened products cannot be returned or exchanged;
- we only accept unopened and originally sealed Sour Belts products.

Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:
- discounted or sale items,
- promotional products,
- gift cards or vouchers.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original product in accordance with this Return Policy.
Once your return has been approved, you may place a new order separately for the desired item.
European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
For orders shipped within the European Union, consumers additionally have the legal right to withdraw from or return their order within 14 days without providing any reason.
To qualify for withdrawal, the product must be:
- in its original condition,
- unused,
- unopened,
- with all original labels attached,
- and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase is also required.
Nothing in this policy affects the statutory consumer rights provided under applicable European Union laws.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method.
Refunds are generally processed within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time before the refund is officially posted to your account.
